All seminars and workshops will be held at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y. The third largest city in New York State, Rochester is located on Lake Ontario, about midway between Niagara Falls and Syracuse, and within easy driving distance to Toronto. Lodging
RIT does not make hotel reservations, but has made arrangements for attendees to reserve rooms at nearby host hotels. Rooms will be held only until two weeks prior to the seminar date. After this time, rooms are reserved on a space-available basis only. Please call us at 1-800-724-2536 for host hotel information specific to the programs in this catalog.
Travel
All host hotels provide complimentary transportation to and from the Rochester airport and RIT each day of the program. All other travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participant. Please see the list of links on the left side of this page for further information about travel to and around Rochester.
Scheduling, Weather, and Dress
Daily sessions generally begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30p.m. Dress is business casual. Weather in Rochester can vary greatly from day to day; please consult weather reports and plan accordingly.
